Description of service(s) Therapeutic adventures for young people with cancer, offering them the opportunity to leave the hospital environment and get away from civilization and their usual environment * rebuilding self-esteem and hope through challenge and success.  
  
Expedition in river canoeing, sea kayaking, rabaska, sailing or hiking in summer, dogsledding, snowshoeing or snowmobiling in winter 
* Groups for teenagers and young adults 
* Accompanying groups: facilitators, guides, a doctor, nurse, psychosocial worker, and blogger.
