Description of service(s) | The firm, founded in 1977, has two New Brunswick offices located in Hampton and Grand Manan. The majority of the firm's clientele are from the City of Saint John (20 minutes away), the Kennebecasis Valley and Sussex. The firm members appear in courts across the Province daily. David Lutz, Q.C., who specializes in criminal, family, and personal injury law, travels throughout the province as much of his practice is referral work. Carley Parish, completely bilingual, senior family and criminal law lawyer has done several jury trials, and appears in family court on a daily basis, and teaches at UNB Law. Peter Thorn, who practices criminal, estates, and property travels to Grand Manan, St. Stephen and Saint John. Margaret Layden is a senior family law and property law lawyer and mediator, who also does collaborative law and wills & estates. Julian Renaud is a lawyer who practices in the areas of civil litigation, labour and employment law, personal injury, family law, and criminal law. He has taken cases at all levels of Court in New Brunswick: from Small Claims Court, to Provincial Court, to the Court of Queen's Bench, and to the Court of Appeal. He travels throughout the province for clients. Josh Adams practices family law, criminal law, and wills and estates. The firm currently has one student-at-law, Sarah Rouse. |
