Description of service(s) NaviCare/SoinsNavi is a bilingual navigation centre for children and youth 25 years of age of younger with complex care needs in New Brunswick. The personalized services is FREE and can be used by anyone, including family members and professionals such as health, education, and social service providers involved in the care of children or youth with complex care needs.
