|Description of service(s)||The Early Intervention Program is a home based, social support and educational service for families of preschool (0-5 yrs) children who have, or are at risk having of having, developmental delays.
Positive family outcomes should be achieved during the child’s early years, by strengthening existing informal systems (familiar and friendship networks), and by the provision of social systems that will provide the information and support necessary for parents to make the best decisions for their family.
The goals of Early Intervention Program are:
