Description of service(s) ARCf is committed to providing Francophones of Greater Saint John with the best living environment by initiating community development, seeing to the empowerment of the French-speaking community, and by being the catalyst of cultural harmony.  
The mission of ARCf is: to ensure the preservation and development of the Francophonie in Saint John, to improve the moral and material situation of Francophones, to maintain a close relationship with analogous organizations, to co-ordinate recreational, cultural, and educational programs.  
Services include:  
~ 500 seat auditorium (Théâtre Louis Vermeersch),  
~ two network of daycares for ages 0 months to 12 years (Saint John and Quispamsis),  
~ public library (Bibliothèque Le Cormoran),  
~ banquet and catering services (Réseau des cafétérias communautaires),  
~ facility rental service,  
~ public school k-12 (Centre scolaire Samuel-de-Champlain), 
~ public school k-5 (École des Pionniers),  
~ community centre (Centre communautaire Samuel-de-Champlain),  
~ youth house (Maison des jeunes ZonAdo) (Centre communautaire Samuel-de-Champlain), 
~ community radio station (CHQC 105,7 FM),  
~ newspaper (Le Saint-Jeannois),  
~ elctronic newsletter (Le Ceki's'passe),  
~ Cultural programming, 
~ and complemented with French Roman Catholic church (Église Saint-François-de-Sales).
