Cross Reference The Key to Well Being
Description of service(s) Designed to assist women in building self-confidence and enhancing self-esteem in order to allow them to fully explore work and/or career options... A first step towards creating a more fulfilling and happier lifestyle.  
Participants learn key factors in the development of self-esteem. Through the process of lectures, written exercises and group dynamics, the individuals better understand the barriers which have prevented them from pursuing their own dreams and goals. Through this process of self-awareness they become better aware of what step they need to take and the resources in our community that can help in this process.
Hours 10 am -1 pm, Monday -Friday
Dates Program is Offered Offered for a period of 6 weeks, 4 times throughout the year. Waiting list is available.

Eligibility Ages: 20 year(s) - 60 year(s) 
Open to all women aged 20-60 who can commit to attending for the duration of the course. Those who are clients of Social Development have priority.
Application Referrals are available through case manager, or call the Community Health Centre or Susan McKeon.
