| Description of service(s) | Centrework offers customized Pilates lessons, The Zone Technique therapeutic treatments, and Reiki. The Method® Pilates is mindful movement with a common sense approach. Pilates engages both body and mind teaching you to move with greater ease, more control, and appropriate strength. Highly regarded as a safe and effective way to improve the health and function of the spine and joints, Pilates will help you move well and feel great. work. Centrework clients always benefit from customized movement lessons and healing methods determined by their unique and specific needs. We specialize in rehabilitative programming for those recovering from an injury and therapeutic sessions for more chronic conditions such as Osteoporosis, Osteoarthritis and Fibromyalgia etc. Movement lessons are 45 minutes in length and are by appointment only. The Zone Technique is all about results. If you have a condition or issue that is preventing you from moving well, or enjoying perfect health, The Zone Technique has the answer. Healing from challenging health conditions is a common occurrence with the Zone Technique. This method restores health by ensuring proper communication is flowing from the brain to each of the body’s six systems. Because every cell in the body is in one or more of the 6 systems, when all systems are receiving correct input and information flow from the brain, full body healing occurs at the cellular level and optimal health in the mind and body will result. Reiki is a gentle healing art that can bring about wonderful improvements in your health and well being. You can choose to receive Reiki as a stand alone treatment, or as an integrated treatment as part of your private lesson. |
