Description of service(s) MISSION STATEMENT 
The mission of Blackville School, in partnership with home, is to foster a positive attitude towards learning through the development of academic skills and accountability. The school Mission is built on the following key beliefs: 
1. Meaningful communication among school, home and community is essential. 
2. Education should encourage children to develop to their highest potential according to their individual abilities in a safe, orderly and positive learning environment.
