Description of service(s) | Beaverbrook School ensures that all students learn the skill sets necessary to meet the challenges presented by today’s evolving society in an environment that promotes respectful and responsible citizens. Beaverbrook School is a multipurpose facility that is part of the Anglophone School District - East facilities. We host a K-8 school that has approximately 150 students. Our students come from the general neighbourhood around the school. We have a complete English program from K-8 including Intensive French at Grade 5 and Post Intensive French from Grades 6 – 8. We also host the Anglophone School District - East Alternative School and Alternative Services. Over 230 students receive alternative programs through our staff. Approximately 80 are from Grade 5-12 and are enrolled full time. Another 100 are full time in our Transition to Work program. Students in these MISSION STATEMENT Beaverbrook School is a safe and positive environment with high expectations for student learning and behavior where students strive to achieve their personal best. VISION Our students will become life long learners that contribute to their community in a responsible and respectful way.
