Description & Services
Description of service(s) We are a network of committed and concerned community members from food banks, community kitchens, food mentors, producers, non profit organizations, businesses, and government partners that have joined together to work towards reducing poverty and increasing food security in Southeast NB.  
 
We work at the individual, community and systemic level to increase the availability of nutritious food as well as our access to it. In doing so, we actively involve people in the development of more localized food systems. 
 
Our Food SENB aims to connect individuals and organizations to each other to find: 
- Volunteer support for good food initiatives  
- Support and guidance to resources and funds to host Community Food Actions 
- Networking service for people interested in food security issues (Farm to school programs, food banks and centers, and community meals)
