Description of service(s) YOU MUST CALL AHEAD TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT --call -273-6201 - when calling on days closed please leave a message and you will receive a call back.. - NEW CLIENTS must complete a one time application which is reviewed annually- ONLY you are allowed to pick up your box. - Clients are served once per month and only if needed. - If you cannot make your appointment call to notify the volunteer workers at 273-6201
