The challenge for healthy living is on! 
New Brunswick residents looking to lead a healthier lifestyle can do so through the Canadian Cancer Society's Eat Well, Be Active program. 
This six-week program, facilitated by Registered Dietitians in communities around New Brunswick, will show participants how to adopt healthier eating habits and become more physically active. 
You will learn about:  
Nutrition 101 - the basics 
Label reading 
Portion sizes 
Healthy snacking 
Nutrition myths 
Healthy eating on a budget  
Healthy restaurant eating 
Why fad diets don't work  
Making active living part of your lifestyle 
Superfoods and antioxidants
