Description & Services
Description of service(s) In motion is an evidence-based health promotion strategy, which encourages physical activity as a means to improve the health of New Brunswick communities. In Grand Bay-Westfield, it is through the involvement of a group of volunteer residents, who were looking at making a difference for the well being of their peers, that the in motion idea came alive. Have you recognized some of those activities: Hearts in motion Walking Club, Winter fest, winter indoor walking paths located in local Churches, or the annual "Docs in motion" community walk event. The Partners in Prevention in motion committee has been there - encouraging you to live a healthy lifestyle.
