Description of service(s) MCAF Newcomer Services include:  
• English as Additional Language Classes 
• Settlement Services 
o Needs assessment & referral  
o Information and orientation 
o Settlement Worker in Schools (SWIS)  
o Immigrant Parent, Women & Man Support Groups 
• Community Connections  
o Seasonal Events-Canada Day & other holidays celebrations  
o Newcomers' participation in community programs and activities 
o Post Graduate Students Field Placements (UNB Education, Nursing, Kinesiology, Leadership, STU Soc. Work , CWY, etc) 
o Community Volunteers & Employers Appreciations  
• Employment Services and Business English for Newcomers (funded by Province)  
• NB Employment Language Training (NBELT) 
• Diversity & Inclusion in Schools Activities 
• Cultural Expressions Festival 
• Newcomer Children and Youth Programs 
o Summer Camp & After School Program  
o Homework Clubs 
o Youth, Boys'& Girls' Groups
