Description of service(s) The ARC (Acadieville, Rogersville, Collette) community services council is a non-profit organization that gives seniors and persons with special needs the right to live an enriching life in the community. Made up of three parts, ARC 2 and 3 receive seniors and persons with special needs evaluated at Levels 1 and 2. This complex has six affordably priced apartments. Located on 19 Telesphore Street, this building has 20 residents and 15 employees. ARC 1 is also part of this council and is located as 5604 Des Érables Street. It employs eight and has five Level 3 and 4 residents.
