Description & Services
Description of service(s) Hospice Fredericton provides support to individuals and families facing advanced illness, death and bereavement. 
Hospice Fredericton volunteers and staff work with our medical partners - Extra-Mural, Family Physicians, the Palliative Care Unit and other Hospital and Community Healthcare Teams – to help people to live as well as possible with a disease that has no cure, and to support families to cope with loss.  
We offer the following programs: 
1) Care to the caregiver 
2) Relief Care 
3) Narrative Care 
4) Grief Support 
5) Adult Day Centre 
Residential Hospice Care, Hospice Fredericton has opened a 10 bed residential hospice facility. This facility will offer an alternate to Hospital for those nearing end of life and who can no longer be cared for at home. 
In 2016, Hospice opened an adult day centre within the facility. This program provides a structured day of programming and socialization for individuals with mild to moderate dementia. 
To access our services, please contact  
Hours Adult Day Centre is open Monday, Wednesday and Friday 9-3. 
The residential hospice is open 24/7.

Eligibility We offer support to individuals of any age.
