Description of service(s) | Daybreak provides peer support opportunities through social, recreational and educational activities for adults living in the Tantramar Region who self-identify as having lived experience of mental illness. Daybreak also offers training and support for individuals who wish to facilitate or participate in self help groups. Weekly support groups. |

Accessibility | Partially Accessible ; Narrow doorways, have a small doorway ramp, but the door jam has a lip. The parking lot is patchy and uneven. A member says " the building is not very accessible, but everyone helps so much that its fine." |

Designated Day/Week/Month/ Events | Members meet monthly to build a calendar of diverse social, recreational, educational and cultural activities based on members interests. The program features fitness, visual arts, crafts, attending local concerts and theatre, and much more. Activities are mostly on weekdays, with occasional special events on evenings or weekends.
