| Description of service(s) | This support group is for men who currently have, or have survived Prostate Cancer, their loved ones, or for people seeking more information about Prostate Cancer. Members have had a wide range of treatments and offer their experience as a guide to others. They do not offer specific medical advice. Senior members are available to talk to service clubs, workplaces, or similar venues about the value of regular medical checks for men and the importance of early detection of prostate cancer. |
| Dates Program is Offered | Monthly meetings, second Wednesday, from September to June, feature knowledgeable speakers or group discussions on prostate cancer and good health in general. Or individuals, especially the newly diagnosed, can phone 454-9010 with questions or concerns. |
