Description of service(s) The UNB Student Health Centre is committed to providing the highest level of primary health care. Open year round to full-time UNB and STU students. Assess and manage a wide variety of medical problems that can present either urgently, such as any sudden onset of an illness or injury, or electively, such as chronic conditions. 
The Student Health Centre has developed specialized expertise not only in dealing with young adults, but also expertise in dealing with patients who are students within a university context. 
A sampling of services provided: 
* Sexual health care 
* Mental health care 
* Sports medicine 
* Physical examinations 
* Dietician’s appointments 
* Referral to a specialist when necessary 
* Sample collection (blood, urine etc.) 
* Immunizations, flu shots, allergy injections
Hours Monday-Thursday fall & winter hours 8:15 am to 4:15 pm; summer hours 8:15 am to 3:45 pm, year round Friday 8:15 am to 3:30 pm  
(Closed between 11:45pm-1:15 pm)
