Description of service(s) This service helps: 
 
-To focus on individuals who have disclosed they have a learning disability and will need some accommodations and modifications in order to succeed.  
 
-To assist these individuals to make a stress free transition into training courses, post-secondary program employment. 
 
-To counsel exceptional students about their learning style and help them make realistic choices about education programs and career goals.  
 
-To coach these individuals how to advocate for themselves. 
 
-To introduce students to community support.  
 
-Assist the students to research post-secondary education and fill out applications for the Canada Study Grant to apply for assistive technology and tutor support.
