|Description of service(s)||The objectives of the program are to provide accurate and consistent information, or offer instruction and make appropriate referrals (to internals or external programs and services).
Works to address the root causes of crime, poverty, unemployment and homelessness in various ways including: developing dialogue, information seeking, referrals, coaching how to access community services, search the local labour market or attend job interviews.
By helping people meet their basic needs, the program alleviates stressors associated with demoralizing circumstances that can lead to a variety of anti-social behaviours.

Available to those experiencing or have family experiencing unemployment, poverty, homelessness, and substance abuse problems wanting to help themselves to access services in the community such as medical, counseling, labour market information etc.
