Description of service(s) | Regional services include: Managing environmental emergencies. Ensuring compliance with Departmental Acts and Regulations, through auditing inspection,investigation and enforcement. Managing environmental remediation projects. Facilitating application for permits/approvals. The Index of the Quality of the Air (IQUA) is a service provided by the New Brunswick Department of the Environment and Local Government and is updated three times per day, seven days a week.
