Description of service(s) Boxing Programs for youth and adults. Programs are both competitive and non-competitive. The competitive program teaches the necessary skills in preparation of a boxing contest. The non competitive program focuses on overall fitness including aerobic capacity, muscular strength and endurance and stamina of the individual.
