Cross Reference New Brunswick Ground Search and Rescue Association ; York Sunbury Search and Rescue
Description of service(s) York Sunbury Search & Rescue (YSSR) is one of eleven ground search and rescue (SAR) teams within the province of New Brunswick. We are comprised strictly of volunteers who take pride in serving York, Sunbury, Queens and Northumberland counties. 
 
YSSR was founded in 1983 to assist the local policing authorities in search and rescue activities.
Hours 24-hour service; For inquiries call 506-461-5832,leave a message and someone will return your call as soon as possible. For emergencies contact local police.

Eligibility Ages: 16 year(s) and up 
 
Minimum age is 16 for membership.
Application Application for membership can be downloaded from the website. Criminal Record check will be done.

Fees Membership ; Membership - initial membership $40.00/ year, following years $20.00/ year
