Description of service(s) The mandate of the Center is to prevent domestic violence and other societal problems in the region of Shediac, Cap-Pelé and the rural Beaubassin East by intervention, education and prevention.  
The services offered to clients inlude: emotional support, short-term counseling, information on existing resources, references to appropriate agencies, Documentation Center on the various issues, long-term counseling for victims of domestic violence.  
The Crisis Intervention: The team is made up of volunteers trained to provide immediate assistance to individuals and families in crisis. Service available 24 hours, 7 days a week (in collaboration with the RCMP).  
Victim Services: These services are offered to crime victims and witnesses support and preparation for court information to prepare statements for the impact of crime on the victim, compensation for victims of crime. Victims are able to request court support from our credited support court house dog Marielle. Victims are able to have Marielle with them as support during the court preparation process and to testify whether in person in the court room or through CCTV. 
Programs: Support Group for victims of domestic violence; group with abusive men, program of extrajudicial measures for adult and youth program, anger management and social skills,
