|Description & Services|
|Description of service(s)||Camp Medley is designed for the purpose of providing residential camping for young people. Christian teaching in the context of Christian community is given that young people may grow in their commitment and relationship to our Lord Jesus Christ.
Camp Medley is all about fun in the sun, on the water and even in the rain! Campfires in the moonlight are a blast too. The campers are kept hopping, running, climbing, playing, dodging, swinging, skipping, slithering and scrambling when they are not swimming, canoeing, kayaking, singing, dancing, orienteering, eating, praying or sleeping!
In addition to our weekly camps for kids aged 9-17, we offer several specialty camps!
Welcome to Camp
This is a new programme which will combine all of the usual camp activities with a slightly shorter week. It is a great introduction to camp for 1st through 3rd graders. This camp will start on Sunday and finish on Wednesday evening.
Boys Adventure Week
This is an exciting opportunity for teens to learn leadership survival skills in a Christian environment. Campers will spend the majority of the week on out-tripping adventures that involve tenting, canoeing, orienteering and more. Come for a week of fun, friendship and leadership adventure.
Leadership Development Camp
This camp will be a fun and exciting journey to help you identify your gifts through a blend of traditional and new, exciting activities allowing you to explore how best to use them in your own unique leadership style. Spaces are limited to 15 and will go quickly, so sign up early to avoid the disappointment of missing out on a unique opportunity.
Leaders in Training Program
Anyone who is 16 years old and has completed Grade 10, can join this experience in leadership skills and it will enable them to get a taste of the satisfaction and responsibilities experienced by Christian camp staff members.
