CMHA strives to educate the public on the importance of maintaining your mental health through prevention. Many workshops on topics such as Suicide Prevention and Awareness, Stress Management, Parenting, Self-Esteem and Anger Management, etc. Also facilitates many self-help groups on topics such as Bereavement, Family and Friends of the Mentally Ill, Survivors of Suicide, etc.
