Description of service(s) The Canadian Mental Health Association promotes the mental health of all and supports the resilience and recovery of people experiencing mental illness. Our dream is “Mentally Healthy People in a Healthy Society”. 
 
Our work includes public education, information services, pamphlets, workshops, presentations, special events, educational and therapeutic group programs. 
 
Services are FREE unless expressly indicated.
Hours Monday - Friday 
8:30am - 4:30pm
Dates Program is Offered Intake and program registration is ongoing. Programs are run in the Fall, Winter and Spring.
