Description of service(s) Services provided by Home Support Services Inc. include: 
 
~ Para-professional home care services to senior citizens and persons with disabilities. This includes light housekeeping, meal preparation, as well as personal care. 
 
~ Meals on Wheels to various parts of Charlotte County. In St. Stephen there are hot Meals on Wheels available 7 days per week. Grand Manan has a hot Meals on Wheels five days per week. We also have a frozen meal program available to anyone who can arrange for the pick up of the meals once per week. 
 
~ A registered nurse provides in-home foot care, and clinics. 
 
~ A limited equipment loan program, includes; hospital beds, wheelchairs, commodes, etc.

Application Those who are hiring privately can call the office directly. Clients of the Dept of Social Development (formerly Family and Community Services) will be referred by the worker or Discharge Planning office.
