| Description of service(s) | The Restigouche Resource Centre for Parents goal is to support and strengthen families by providing a place and opportunity for children, their parents or caregivers to come together, to share with one another and receive practical information and skills related to parenting and caring for young children. The Restigouche Resource Centre for Parents offers the following programs: -Drop-in Centre -Support groups for parents -Documentation Centre -Various Workshops -Pre-maternal -Preschool Cooperative -Toy lending library -Parenting Communication Courses -Crafts for Parents -Future Parents Club (pre-natal) -Wow, We're Parents (postnatal) -For the Sake of the Children -Cooking for Children and Parents -Educational Activities -Walking Club and Active Youth |
