Description of service(s) The Town has in place By-law No. 32, Town of Grand Bay-Westfield Dog Control By-law and has a Dog Control Officer, Ann Savoy. You may contact the Dog Control Officer by calling 653-1958 to address concerns regarding dog control. 
 
By-law No. 32 prohibits dogs from running at large in the Town. The Town Dog Control Officer may seize and impound dogs running at large. Residents who find their dog to be missing should contact the Dog Control Officer at 653-1958.
