| Description of service(s) | Assertively Yours ~is a six-week assertiveness training program for women. Goals of the course: ~ Learn the difference between non-assertive, aggressive, and assertive communication and behaviour. ~ Assertive communicational behaviour. ~ Reduce guilt and anxiety when asserting oneself. ~ Improve one's self-esteem and personal empowerment. ~ Promote positive, assertive interactions with others. ~ Develop healthy boundaries. |
