|Description of service(s)||A six-session Educational Program.
Who could benefit from attending?
~ Have difficulties managing stress, which often results in inappropriate expressions of anger.
~ Find themselves acting out in anger in ways that are harmful to themselves or others.
~ Want to learn how to use their anger to facilitate change.
~ Wish to learn about non-violent conflict resolutions.
Goals of the Course:
~ Learn the connection between unmanaged stress and anger.
~ Practice and use non-violent resolution of conflict.
~ Learn anger management techniques.
~ Use anger as a motivation for positive change.
~ Increase self-esteem and self-awareness.
~ Understand the cycles of anger.
