Description of service(s) The Seniors Outreach Program is a day center that is designed to meet the wide variety of needs of the older adult living in the community. The Program provides: motivational, social therapeutic activities, led by trained and dedicated staff who promote a sense of well-being for the Program participants; Companionship for older adults who may be socially isolated; Programs and services for those who are physically disabled; Client-centered service within a safe, warm, and caring environment that are dealing with various types of dementia.
Hours Program hours: Tue,Wed,Thu 9 am-3 pm
Dates Program is Offered Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday 9am-3pm

Eligibility Seniors
Application Referrals can be made by relatives, friends, or caregivers; health care agencies such as Social Development, hospitals, Geriatric Assessment Unit, VON, EMH, Mental Health, physician, etc. Seniors interested in this type of program may refer themselves. Please call for an assessment.
Languages English ; Program service located in 221 Ellerdale Street. This is one of the Loch Lomond Villa Complexes.
Fees Program ; Program ; Program: $40 per day, includes lunch and snacks. Client may qualify under through Social Development for subsidies or if the client is a veteran, he or she may qualify under Department of Veteran Affairs.
