Description of service(s) The Alzheimer Society of New Brunswick is committed to providing educational and support services to people affected by Alzheimer and related diseases, caregivers, and the general public. Some of the services the Alzheimer Society of New Brunswick offers include individual support, information and referral services, support groups, educational workshops and a resource library.  
Saint John Alzheimer Society offers family support groups, information, a resource library, and memorial cards. 
The Caregivers Support group meets every 4th Thursday of the month at 221 Ellerdale Street (Loch Lomond Villa Wellness Cetnre which faces Valley Street) at 7:00 pm. The Caregiver Support Group is for family members,caregivers or anyone interested in Alzheimer and related dementias. The Caregiver Support group is intended to educate caregivers about the disease and to help them cope and reduce stress. 
The national Alzheimer Wandering Registry was developed by Alzheimer Canada with the RCMP. The program is designed to help individuals with Alzheimer Disease return home safely following an episode of wandering. When an individual is registered, vital information about him/her is stored confidentially on a police database. Should an individual be found wandering or reported missing, the information can be accessed by police anywhere in Canada.

Support Group in St. Stephen - 1st Tuesday of each month at 600pm at Lincour Manor in St. Stephen
