| Description of service(s) | The Canada Games Aquatic Centre is located in Uptown Saint John and is the year round community pool for Saint John. Quispamsis, Rothesay, and Grand Bay - Westfield. We provide a fun and safe environment for everyone. The facility has New Brunswicks only 50m competitive pool and 25m warm water leisure pool. We have two water slides, diving boards, a diving platform and a tots pool. Our facility also has on deck hot tubs, a sauna, steam room, and a fitness facility equipped with a functional fitness studio, classrooms, and a SPIN studio. Birthday parties, group bookings, and rentals are available. The CGAC offers swimming lessons for toddlers to adults, and youth leadership training through the Lifesaving Society programs. Fitness classes are also available daily, ranging from SPIN classes to High-Intensity Interval Training, yoga, and aqua. Summer camp and March Break camp programming is available for school aged children. Within the CGAC is the Healthy Touch Massage Therapy Clinic which offers both relaxation and therapeutic massage. Specializing in rehabilitation, treatment of occupational injuries, postural dysfunction and sports injuries. Day, evening, and Saturday appointments are available with one of our registered massage therapists. Appointments can be booked at: 506 674 4221 or massage@aquatics.nb.ca The Saint John Sports Medicine Clinic is also located at the Canada Games Aquatic Center for over 25 years and provides Physiotherapy services. As primary health care providers, our goal is to restore, maintain and improve function, improve movement and overall well-being. Through our in depth knowledge of how the body works, an appropriate treatment plan will be developed based on an assessment and paying close attention to your history.
